Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and supplier fulfillment times.
Please allow additional processing time during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping & Delivery
Nestia Baby works with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the product ordered and destination.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout when available.
Nestia Baby is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Other circumstances outside our control
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipping from different fulfillment locations.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at support@nestiababy.com and we will do our best to assist.
Nestia Baby is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
